— ABOUT CHRISTINE
"I treat the whole woman, at every shift, at every stage."
CHRISTINE ARCHER, PMHNP-BC
"No matter the season. No matter what changes. You are still her."
I was still her.
There was a season when I asked the people closest to me, my sisters, my close friends, to describe me.
Strong. Powerful. Confident. No-nonsense. A go-getter. Unafraid. Direct. Straightforward.
I remember listening and feeling a quiet disconnect. That is not how I felt. I felt lost. I did not recognize the woman they were describing, even though I knew, somewhere, that she was real. She had to be. They were not making her up.
What I found, eventually, was this: I had not become someone else. I was still her. Underneath the exhaustion, the hormonal shifts, the roles I was carrying, the person I had always been was still there, waiting to be recognized again.
This is what I now know, and what I tell every woman I see: you are not broken. You do not need to be fixed.
Whatever season you are in, whatever your body or mind is moving through, whatever anyone else has said about who you have become, I do not believe you need to be rebuilt into someone new. I believe you need support finding your way back to who was there all along.
No matter the season. No matter what changes, physical or mental. You are still her.
We are not meant to suffer alone.

Every woman I see is somewhere on this journey.
Not a destination. A practice — gently, again and again.
— THE MISSING PIECE
She didn't lose herself.
She was never fully seen.
Not just the symptom. Not just one piece. The whole woman.
When a woman is still struggling after therapy, after medication, after doing everything right, the missing piece is usually the part nobody put together. Hormonal shifts, mood, focus, appetite, identity, they do not move in isolation. They shape each other. Treating one and ignoring the rest leaves a woman managing symptoms instead of actually getting better.
What I See
Women who have tried therapy, medication, or nutrition support on their own, but never had one provider who understood how it all connects. They are not treatment-resistant. They are under-treated.
What I Offer
Psychiatric evaluation, medication management, integrated therapy, and EMDR, in one relationship. No more piecing yourself out to providers who never talk to each other.
Who I Serve
Women moving through perimenopause, menopause, postpartum, PMDD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Women navigating binge eating, food noise, body image, or the psychological weight of obesity. Women who are athletes and high performers carrying more than anyone sees. Whatever season you're in, this is where I meet you.
How I Teach
I teach as I treat. My master's degree is in education, and I use it in every visit. You will understand what is happening in your body and your mind, what each option does, and why. You make the decisions. I make sure you have what you need to make them.
I don't ask you to do anything I haven't done.
