No matter the season, you are still her.

HOW I WORK

Your hormones, your mind, your body, your appetite.

They were never separate conversations. It's time your care stopped treating them that way.

Root-cause thinking

We look at what is actually driving your symptoms, hormonal, psychiatric, metabolic, or all three, instead of medicating one piece and hoping the rest sorts itself out.

Whole-person treatment

Medication when it helps, EMDR when it's called for, and a plan that fits your actual life.

A real relationship

Telehealth visits across Maryland, Washington State, and New York, with a provider who remembers your story from one visit to the next.

PMDD

When the week before your period reliably takes you somewhere darker than the rest of the month can explain.

MEET CHRISTINE

I know this season, because I have been her.

I'm Christine Archer, a psychiatric nurse practitioner who treats the whole picture, not just the parts that show up on a lab report. Hormonal shifts, mood, focus, eating and body image, the weight of performing at a high level.

Whatever season you're in, I don't believe you need to be rebuilt into someone new.

Why the lotus

Past, present, and becoming, all in one frame. No matter the season, no matter what changes, you are still her.

The Bent Stem

The bent stem, reflected in the dark water below, is where you've been. The season that brought you here.

The Bloom

The bloom, risen clean and white above the surface, is where you are now, or where you're hoping to get to. Not someone new. Still her, recognized again.

The Bud

The small bud rising behind it is what never stops. There's always a next season, and she moves through every one of them.

COMING SOON · THE BOOK

The Lotus Promise

A love letter to the woman I fought so hard to become.

Christine's story, in her own words. Past, present, and becoming. The same journey behind every conversation she has with the women she sees.

YOU MAY BE IN THE RIGHT PLACE

You'll feel at home here if…

  1. You want someone who looks at your hormones and your mental health together, not in separate silos.

  2. You've been told it's "just stress," "just PMS," or "just your age," and you know it's more than that.

  3. You want medication to be one option on the table, not the whole plan.

  4. You're the strong one for everyone else, and you're tired of carrying it quietly.

  5. You've gone quiet in rooms where you used to have opinions.

  6. You want a provider who remembers your story from one visit to the next.

THE REASON BEHIND STILL HER

I was her. I lost her. Then I found her again.

Still Her is my life story. It took me a long journey to realize that I am worthy, that I am loved, that I am enough, and that my voice deserves to be heard. Somewhere along the way I lost her. Then I rediscovered her. Now I'm discovering who I'm becoming, and I am more than okay with who I am.

As a nurse, an educator, a makeup artist, and a nutrition and fitness coach, I was always pulled toward women. Every time we sat in a room together, I saw how alike we are. So often we're going through the same thing, each of us thinking we're the only one.

I want you to feel loved. To know you are enough, you are worthy, and you deserve the very best of life. You don't have to dim your light or compromise who you are for anyone. You just have to be. That is where we find ourselves, and where we find joy. Not happiness, which comes and goes. Joy, which holds in every season.

Freedom is wonderful, but freedom is not free.

I didn't buy it. I became it.

We are not meant to suffer alone. I believe in this work, and I believe in you.

YOUR NEXT SEASON STARTS HERE
